Prenzlauer Berg - The way to the extraordinary scene district
Prenzlauer Berg was largely spared from the Second World War, but in 1961 the wall suddenly separated the district from its neighbor Wedding and the beautiful residential area was neglected for a long time. Not least due to the structural decline, Prenzlauer Berg recorded a rapid decline in population immediately after the fall of the Berlin Wall. At the same time, a creative subculture developed here, which made the scene district known far beyond its borders. After the turbulent past, the former artist and student district is slowly calming down. It is not for nothing that Berlin's most densely populated district is so popular: there is still a special spirit, a spirit of optimism, a colorful mix and plenty of creative potential.
About the Project
Consistent design with an endless panoramic view
A dream come true here! The ready-to-move-in penthouse impresses with intelligent planning and exclusive design - consistently and down to the last detail. Whether the huge, wonderfully open living / dining area, the bathrooms or the bedrooms: sun and light fall freely into every room. This is ensured by the many large windows, the skylights and the ceiling-high terrace elements. Breakfast on the separate kitchen terrace? No problem! A lunch on the spacious living terrace? No problem either! A dinner with friends over the roofs of the city with a view of the Havelland and up to the Teufelsberg? On the huge rooftop terrace, this is always an impressive experience! Listen to the romantic crackle of a wood fire on cold winter evenings? The individually designed solid fuel fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. A handpicked furnishing of the penthouse goes without saying, just like the accessibility via an elevator.
