Rich in contrast, colorful, at home
Berlin never seems to sleep, but the city on the Spree manages to keep calm despite all the hustle and bustle. Between the tireless hustle and bustle of the capital, there is always a moment of pause. A quiet back yard in the middle of the urban jungle, a park bench that is completely occupied by the play of light and shadow, the chirping of birds and the laughing of children, a place on the water, just far enough away from the ever-pulsating streets and train lines to hear nothing about it. All of the many villages of Berlin that have grown together over time reflect the diversity of the city, its inhabitants and its history, coexist and become something special with each other. This simultaneity, the coexistence of all imaginable contrasts - that's Berlin.
About the Project
A green enclave with endless possibilities
The Wuhlheide is one of the greenest spots in Berlin. Bounded to the south by the Spree, framed by wide green spaces in the north, lively downtown awaits in the west, forest and Müggelsee in the east offer relaxing excursion destinations in every season. A varied offer, especially for families, can be reached on foot from the Wuhlheide Children's and Youth Leisure Center and the Mellowpark. The Kindl stage and the An der Alten Försterei stadium as well as rowing and tennis clubs offer musical and sporting entertainment. Walks through the Wuhlheide and the Birkenwäldchen nature reserve on the other side of the river offer relaxation in the countryside. Buses, tram and S-Bahn lines connect Wulheide with the city center, but also with the Köpenicker peninsula.
Living on the water, living in the river
The modern ensemble of two apartment buildings is integrated into the bank development, as if the beautiful Spree property had just been waiting for it. The building descending to the water in generous steps ends in a stretch of the shore with its own boat mooring. Behind the bright clinker brick facade there are three and four-room apartments of different shapes, which meet modern living requirements in all respects. The perfect, growing home for couples and families, whether children's room, guest room or home office - your own four walls can be individually designed to suit your requirements. The modern architecture lets plenty of light penetrate into the living space, the numerous floor-to-ceiling windows break with the clear separation between outside and inside.
Well thought out in every detail
The four- and five-story buildings hide a common underground car park, the cellar rooms, a modern bicycle storage room and the heating technology. The extra-wide elevator connects all floors, from the basement to the penthouse, which makes almost all apartments habitable into old age. Due to the architecture, which descends in steps, the four apartments facing the water on the upper floors have large south-facing terraces with a clear view of the Spree. The ground floor apartments have their own gardens, all other apartments have balconies, from which the view over the water can sweep to the green opposite bank. There are various parquet variants, elegant Villeroy & Boch tiles, timeless bathroom fittings and fittings to choose from for the interior, so that you can design your home individually. Modern lighting concepts in the stairways and hallways round off the overall impression of your own home.
