Our business development team combines experience, reliable sense for trends and constant location research for a real recipe for success.

Both on our own initiative, as well as on behalf of our development partners, we acquire plots and residential buildings which are then planned, rededicated or refurbished by our project development team. In addition to this primary acquisition, we are also open to taking over the further development of already initiated projects.

That’s why we can offer you the right consultation and accompany you through all planning phases, as well as our own branded subsequent real estate projects, until the final building permit.

Our team is made up of professionals from all relevant areas, providing direct exchange of information without complications or loss of time. We place great emphasis on the graphical representation and the marketing of our projects. Individual project and target group tailored websites and brochures are created which convey the quality for which we stand.

Reliable consultation

Each project has its own specially briefed team which accompanies and supports both partners and customers from the beginning to the end. In addition to individual consulting, every project has a specially designed showroom or sales pavilion which is open seven days a week. Here customers and project partners will always find a competent contact person. The showroom creates a meeting place which gives a sense of the planned residential spaces and provides a space for consultations and discussions.

Support & After Sales

With open communication

After the sale, a member of our team takes over the further support of our customers. Through our short lines of communication, there is a big team to stand by your side here to assist with the planning and implementation of all your wishes. Our architects check the feasibility and possible additional costs of the requests for changes and are also available for consultations. Even if obstacles arise during the project period, both customers and partners can rely on our experience and open, honest communication.

We think without boundaries

It is our established habit to think outside the box and with that we work together with partner offices in Russia, the USA and Asia. Because of this international focus, our foreign investors are also supported in our Berlin office by competent English, Russian and Chinese-language speakers, who are not only well informed about foreign investment in Germany, but also of course have a great knowledge of the Berlin property market.
