Tiziangärten - Potsdam

Topping-out ceremony of Tizian Gärten
With great interest from the buyers and partners on Tuesday, the topping-out ceremony of TIZIAN GARTEN was celebrated in Potsdam. Accompanied by good weather, many guests came and were enthusiastic about the advanced project status. After completing the shell, construction of the roof is now to be done.
Three of the four buildings have reached their final height
Since January 2017 three of the four buildings have reached their final height. Hence, the dimension of the plot is clearly visible as well as the spacious distance between the four buildings.
The 2nd level is under construction
Since the beginning of July 2016 the basement walls have been finished and the ceiling of the basement is under construction. Moreover, the construction of the ground floor as well as the 1st and 2nd floor as started.
The ground floor is under construction
At the end of April the excavation pit has been finished so that in May the base plates were poured and the construction of the basement has been finished. Since the beginning of July the ground floor is under construction followed by the 1st floor.
Start of excavation work
Since the development site, located at „Tizianstraße“, has been razed at the beginning of this year, the earthworks have started.
